James did an exceptional job on our hardwood floors.  We had a previous mishap with the wrong stain color match, and we found James to help. He arrived the very next morning and immediately knew what stain needed to be applied. He worked quickly and got our floors re-sanded and matched to the remaining hardwoods throughout our home. James was exceptional in many ways. He was thorough during quoting and carried that trait through to the completed project.

We have an older home and he was able to roll with the punches a home built in the early 80s can throw at you during a renovation.

James paid incredible attention to detail and kept me updated throughout the project.
